The Earth Legacy Trust is a Public Ancillary Fund (PAF) established to promote and provide funding for the development of financially self-sustaining charitable enterprises whose works support environmental restoration. Endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR), donations to the Trust are fully tax deductible for the donor.

The Trust is one of a suite of charitable entities established to operationalise the Earth Funerals Project.
